At Copper Master Etc, we are committed to providing quality copper, hemp and wellness products together with excellent customer service. Please read our Shopping, Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order.

Ordering

  • Orders may be placed via WhatsApp, social media, email or our online store (where applicable).

  • All orders are subject to product availability.

  • Prices are quoted in South African Rand (R) and are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)

  • Cash (where applicable)

  • Approved digital payment methods

Payment confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver throughout South Africa.

  • Delivery fees are calculated according to your location and parcel size.

  • Estimated delivery time is generally 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Rural or remote areas may require additional delivery time.

  • Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched (where available).

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Copper Master Etc cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

If your package appears damaged:

  • Notify the courier immediately.

  • Contact Copper Master Etc within 48 hours.

  • Include photographs of the packaging and damaged item.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Unused Products

You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your order provided that:

  • the item is unused;

  • it is returned in its original packaging;

  • all accessories are included; and

  • proof of purchase is provided.

Unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied, return courier costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Orders

If we accidentally send the wrong product, we will arrange collection and replace the item at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer law, we will:

  • repair the item;

  • replace the item; or

  • provide a refund.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning or alterations are not regarded as manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • products that have been used for drinking or food preparation;

  • personalised or custom-made products;

  • clearance or final sale items (unless defective);

  • gift cards or vouchers.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to reflect, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Product Care

Copper naturally oxidises over time. Tarnishing is a normal characteristic of pure copper and is not considered a defect.

Proper care will help maintain the appearance and longevity of your product. Please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase.
