1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Copper Master Etc, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. As many of our products are handcrafted, slight variations in colour, finish, engraving and texture may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).

  • Prices include VAT where applicable.

  • Prices may change without prior notice.

  • Promotions are available while stocks last.

4. Orders

Copper Master Etc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock shortages or payment issues.

5. Payment

Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully received and verified.

6. Shipping

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Delays caused by couriers, weather, public holidays or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

7. Product Use

Copper bottles, tumblers, bracelets and accessories should be used according to the supplied care instructions.

Customers are responsible for proper cleaning and maintenance.

8. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, artwork, product descriptions and website content remain the property of Copper Master Etc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Copper Master Etc shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where liability cannot be excluded under South African law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
